At CJSJ, he strengthens the firm’s business consulting and M&A advisory capabilities—partnering with attorneys and clients from pre-LOI through close and post-close value capture. His background spans manufacturing leadership, private-equity support, and business ownership, enabling practical guidance across buy- and sell-side engagements, business brokerage processes, and market-readiness.
Jesse’s work includes operational due diligence, quality-of-earnings support alongside counsel and advisors, integration planning and execution, cost restructuring, vendor negotiations, and corporate compliance. He has advised on complex real estate acquisitions, commercial contracts, and the design and rollout of internal systems that improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
Known for aligning strategy with execution, Jesse helps clients prepare for transactions, navigate negotiations, and accelerate post-acquisition performance. His certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, Lean SAFe Agilist, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
Jesse holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and dual bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Entrepreneurial Operations from Iowa State University.
