Mark Siegmund served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan D Albright, Federal District Judge sitting in Waco, Texas. Mark is intimately familiar with local court rules and Judge Albright’s patent specific local rules. While serving as Judge Albright’s law clerk, Mark helped develop Waco Division local rules and Court standing orders. Mark currently serves as local counsel in the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas in numerous high-stakes patent litigation cases.

Ryan Johnson has been practicing in Federal Court in the Western District for sixteen years and has, at times, had as much as half of his docket in Federal Courts in Texas and Oklahoma, where he is also licensed. Ryan provides value to his clients in intellectual property disputes by leveraging his experience as an engineer and as a trial lawyer who has successfully selected juries and obtained favorable verdicts in both state and federal court.
