In less than 30 days, Cherry Johnson Siegmund James LLC will be moving to its permanent home on the 9th Floor of the historic Roosevelt Hotel in downtown Waco. The Firm’s newly renovated offices will feature offices with views of the Brazos River, Downtown and Baylor University, as well as a spacious lobby, three state of the art conference rooms and relaxing lounge areas.

The Roosevelt Hotel has been a fixture in Waco, Texas since 1929 when it was originally built as a Hilton Hotel. The year it was originally built Bonnie Elizabeth Parker and Clyde Chestnut Barrow (Bonnie and Clyde) were arrested at the newly opened hotel. Five years later the hotel would be renamed the Roosevelt Hotel, after president Franklin D. Roosevelt.

In 2006, the Roosevelt underwent a $15 million renovation, converting the hotel to 10 floors of luxury high-rise office space. Upon completion of the renovation, the Roosevelt has become the premier office space in Downtown Waco and home to many of Central Texas’ top law and financial firms.
